What is Pete Rewards?
Pete Rewards is our way of saying thank you for being part of the Pete community. Every purchase earns points that unlock exclusive rewards, a birthday gift, early access to new releases and more.
How do I join Pete Rewards?
Creating an account is free and only takes a minute. Simply create an account or log in, and you'll automatically start earning points every time you shop with Pete.
How do I redeem my rewards?
As you earn points, you'll unlock rewards that can be redeemed on future purchases. Simply log in to your Pete Rewards account to view your points balance, available rewards and current tier.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they're earned, so be sure to redeem them before they expire.
Do my rewards expire?
Yes. Once you redeem your points for a reward voucher, it will remain valid for 6 months from the date it's issued.
Please note, only one reward voucher can be used per order and minimum spend requirements may apply.
Do my purchases count towards my tier?
Yes. Every eligible purchase made while you're logged into your Pete account contributes towards your tier status and helps unlock even more rewards.
How do I check my tier and rewards?
Log in to your Pete Rewards account at any time to view your points balance, current tier and available rewards. Your account updates automatically as you shop.
