Shipping & Delivery AUS
Free Express Shipping on all Australian orders.
All orders receive full tracking information sent via email at the time of dispatch.
Shipping timeframes are subject to Australia Post and may incur delays during peak periods.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis to all locations, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included. There will be no extra charges.
Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Shipping & Delivery International
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at time of checkout and depend on location and size of order.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs for international returns. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.

Refunds
Lodge return requests on full priced items within 7 days of receiving your order, via the returns portal. If your return request is approved, you will be sent information via email on how to return your package.
Please note, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If your item/s are eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less any local duties and taxes or shipping fees paid for by Pete. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for this amount to appear in your account.
Sale
Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Styles marked down or discounted during a promotional sale with a code can be returned for a credit note or size exchange only.
Items marked "final sale" are strictly final sale and cannot be returned for either credit or refund.

Return To Sender
On occasions your order might be left at the nearby post office, or there may have been multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered or if a customer refuses the parcel, it will be returned to the sender. Any parcels returned to sender (RTS) will incur return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is back to our warehouse. If you opt for the order to be resent, shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
