Shipping & Delivery AUS

Free Express Shipping on all Australian orders. 

All orders receive full tracking information sent via email at the time of dispatch. 

Shipping timeframes are subject to Australia Post and may incur delays during peak periods.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that all orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include:

  • The sales tax applied by your area for purchases from Australia
  • Duties charged for processing by your country

We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are directly imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are to be paid upon the arrival of your parcel. Petè Pareo, being an Australian company, has no authority or influence over these charges which are payable by the receiver. Payment of the fees is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Pete Pareo will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & tax charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us.

Shipping & Delivery International

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at time of checkout and depend on location and size of order.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs for international returns. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.

All orders receive full tracking information, communicated via email at the time dispatch.

Refunds

Lodge return requests on full priced item within 7 days of receiving your order, via the returns portal. If your return request is approved, you will be sent information via email on how to return your package.

Please note, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If your item/s are eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less any original shipping fees paid for by Petè. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for this amount to appear in your account.

Sale items are strictly final sale only and cannot be returned for either credit or refund. Exchanges for size can be made, pending availability.

Return To Sender

On occasions your order might be left at the nearby post office, or there may have been multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered or if a customer refuses the parcel, it will be returned to the sender. Any parcels returned to sender (RTS) will incur return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is back to our warehouse. If you opt for the order to be resent, shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

THE RETURN PROCESS

We have a 7 day returns policy from the day you receive your items. If you have any questions regarding your order or return, please get in touch via email: info@petepareo.com.au

01. WE HAVE A 7 DAY RETURN POLICY

You can request a refund for up to 7 days after you have received your items. Items need to be in perfect condition, unworn and with all tags and labels still attached.

Sale items are strictly final sale only and cannot be returned for either exchange, credit or refund.

In the instance that duties/taxes are unpaid and the package is returned to sender a $20 AUD fee will be deducted from your refund as well as any shipping fees associated.

02. ISSUE YOUR REQUEST

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item.

03. RECEIVE SEND BACK INSTRUCTIONS

If your return is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your items. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
